We are here to help you identify the root of problems, explore options, and make the best choices for your particular circumstances and issues. Our counseling goals are committed to giving you the best treatment, relieving frustrating symptoms, and giving you the help you desire in the shortest time possible. We will encourage, teach, guide and facilitate your treatment with a caring and creative approach. Let us help you make changes for better relationships, personal healing, and growth.
Finding the right professional counselor for you is like finding the perfect outfit. You feel completely comfortable, confident and ready to face whatever comes. You should feel that way with your professional counselor; comfortable and safe, able to share anything and everything that may come to mind, and confident that the professional counselor has your best interest and healing at heart. If you do not feel accepted and that the professional counselor is trustworthy, don’t waste your time, try someone else. The therapeutic relationship is vitally important and should not be underestimated. You must participate in the relationship by telling the professional counselor about what you need and expect from counseling and a professional counselor. Discussing your expectations and goals as well as potential boundaries to counseling is a great way to begin.
